THE CROWN POLICIES 

Our booking system requires a card to schedule an appointment. Clients can make appointments with The Enchanted team or schedule through our online booking

Facemask is still required at The Enchanted Crown.

Contact lenses will need to be removed before the service. Please bring your own solution and container.

​

​

Please arrive to your appointment with clean eyes. Eye makeup or mascara will need to be removed before the session starts.

NEW CLIENTS

 

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment for consultations and to fill out paper work.

MINOR CLIENTS

(under 18 years of age)

 

A parent or legal guardian is required to be present to sign forms and to consent for services.

​

​

 

LATE POLICY

​

Please be on time, or come 5-10 minutes early to your appointment.  Arriving late will cut into your service time.  We want to give our clients  the best services; therefore, arriving on time allows us to do that.

​

If arriving more than 15 minutes late, appointment may need to be rescheduled or cancelled, depending on timingand a $45 fee will be charged. If you wish to move forward with the appointment, we will do our best with the available remaining time. However, the full price of the fill or full set will applied.

RESCHEDULE, CANCELLATION,  NO-SHOW POLICY

​

There is a $45 fee which will be charged for no-show, missed appointment, last-minute cancellation, and/or rescheduling that is less than 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do before the 48 hours to avoid any fees.

CARD FEES POLICY

​

There is a $5 charge for electronic transactions, this includes debit card, credit card, Apple Pay, Afterpay, CashApp, Venmo, and Paypal.

 

We do not accept checks.

PRICE CHANGE POLICY:

 

Our services pricing are subject to change without notice. Please check on pricing.

FOREIGN FILL POLICY  (Fills from another artist):

The pricing is different from our regular fill price. Please contact us for pricing to avoid any confusion.

REFUND POLICY

The Enchanted Crown does not issue refund on services performed or charged.

The Enchanted Crown reserves the right to turn away and/or refuse services to anyone at anytime for conditions such as: we feel unsafe/threatened, inappropriate behaviors of clients and guests, and/or any health concerns
